Roxanne Valentino, MD
Dr. Valentino founded Essential Sleep Consultants in 2021 in a quest to deliver personalized care and solutions to adults and children with sleep problems. By treating sleep disorders, we know that we are improving lives. In an ever- changing medical world, we recognize that the basics of healthcare continue to be very necessary, including a thoughtful tailored approach and a strong doctor-patient relationship.

Meet
Jordan Winders, PA-C
Jordan Winders is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Essential Sleep Consultants in 2024. Jordan was born and raised in the Nashville area and graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. She went on to receive her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Jordan is passionate about neurology and sleep disorders.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, shopping, visiting local coffee shops, and spending time with her husband and great dane mix, Rex. She is active in her local church and in the Sumner County community. She is thankful to be working in Hendersonville close to where 5 generations of family lives.
